Work analytics

Pilla tracks how your team completes work so you can spot patterns and address issues. You can view analytics for any work schedule to see completion rates, timing, and upcoming occurrences.
Work info screen
The work info screen shows analytics for a specific work template. Access it in one of two ways:
- From a work card: tap the ellipsis menu (three dots) and select View work schedule history
- From the Work Schedules screen: tap the ellipsis menu on a template row and select View schedule history
AppBar title
The screen title shows the work template name (e.g., "Kitchen Checklist", "Opening Tasks").
Completion performance
The first section is labelled Completion Performance and shows historical performance data with counts and percentages:

| On Time | Work items completed on time | Green |
| Late | Work items completed late | Orange |
| Missed | Work items that were not completed | Red |
| Total Work | Total number of work items in the period | Default |
Each metric shows both the count and the percentage (e.g., "15 (75%)").
Frequency and next occurrences
The second section is labelled Frequency and next occurrences and shows scheduling details for the work template. This includes the recurrence pattern, when the template started, how many times it has run, and upcoming scheduled occurrences.
Using analytics to improve
Use the data to:
- Identify overloaded teams
- Spot recurring late completions
- Adjust schedules based on patterns
- Recognise high-performing teams
- Track improvement over time
Tips
- Review analytics regularly to catch trends early
- Look for patterns, not just individual issues
- Use data to have informed conversations with teams
- Check the work info screen to review individual template performance
