Responsible Persons must ensure suitable and sufficient assessments exist and are reviewed after significant changes.
Based on risk assessment findings, Responsible Persons arrange for water management systems covering temperature control, cleaning regimes, water treatment, and monitoring activities. Legionella control is continuous, not a one-off project. Regular monitoring, record-keeping, and reviews ensure protocols remain adequate as buildings are modified or systems change.
