One price scale, like a progressive tariff. Each band's rate only applies to the steps that fall inside it, and every step gets cheaper as you grow. A step is one element of a workflow run: an input or guidance step your team completes, or an AI step Poppi runs for you.

What are workflow steps?

A step is the basic unit of work on Pilla: one element of a workflow run. An input or checklist, a piece of guidance, a photo or video prompt, or a Poppi (AI) briefing, decision, or action. Each one is a step.

One step per element
A workflow with six elements is six steps each time it runs. A ten-item checklist counts as one step, not ten.
Counted when a run is created
Steps are billed when a workflow run is generated, whether on its schedule, from a trigger, or run manually. They are counted when the run is created, not when it is finished. The first 500 each month are free.
Human and AI cost the same
A step your team completes and a step Poppi (AI) runs are billed at the same rate. Nothing is priced differently for the AI.
No per-seat fees
Add as many people as you like. You only ever pay for the steps your workflows run, never per user.
