GoSpotCheck vs Repsly (2026): field missions and shelf photo AI, or store visits bundled with field orders

I ask the same twelve questions on every comparison. For GoSpotCheck I went back to their help and pricing. For Repsly I went back to their help, pricing and API docs. I read those public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

They overlap on store visits, shelf photos and image recognition. They split on PhotoWorks and Looker versus field orders, visit routing and a 12-month quote. Repsly holds store visits, surveys, shelf photos and field orders in one place. You prove planogram and promotion work with photos and forms. You scan a shelf with ShelfScan when the brand buys image recognition. You enter orders from the aisle, and you coach from the live map and messenger. Managers schedule visits and can add Territory Advisor.

I would keep Repsly if I needed store visits, field orders and shelf image recognition from one vendor. Visit routing, GPS time and mileage and the job board are a fair reason to stay.

If the job is field missions plus shelf photo AI, PhotoWorks and Looker, keep GoSpotCheck. If the job is store visits plus field orders and visit routing, keep Repsly.
