- Pronounced pil-uh. Never PILLA, never “Pilla AI”, never pilla.app.
- We talk about workflows (not “automations”) and nodes (not “steps” or “blocks”).
- It’s a web app and mobile app — not a “desktop app”, not a “dashboard”.
- Poppi is the in-app AI assistant — capitalised, it’s an established feature name.
