5 best Limble alternatives (2026): AI that acts inside the work, or a CMMS for assets, parts and PMs

I ask the same twelve questions I use on every vs page. For this shortlist I stayed with CMMS products. I put Pilla first because that is the product I built. MaintainX is the other CMMS people name next to Limble. Coast is the maintenance app with work orders and chat at a published seat price. UpKeep is the CMMS with Nova on the same platform. Fiix is the Rockwell CMMS with a free plan and sensor connectors. I left out office task apps, Zapier-style automation, and rota products. I read their public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

People look for a Limble alternative when they want AI inside the run, a published price, DMs next to the work, or they do not want to buy a seat for every technician. Some stay because that CMMS is the job.

I would keep Limble if I needed a CMMS with assets, parts and preventive maintenance. That stack is a fair reason to stay.
