5 best Coast alternatives (2026): AI that acts inside the work, or a CMMS with work orders and chat

I ask the same twelve questions I use on every vs page. For this shortlist I stayed with frontline ops tools. I put Pilla first because that is the product I built. MaintainX is the CMMS people pick when the job is assets, parts and PMs. UpKeep is the CMMS with Nova around work orders. Fiix is the Rockwell CMMS with parts, meters and OT connectors. Limble is the CMMS that quotes you, with a published MCP server. I left out office task apps, Zapier-style automation, and rota products. I read their public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

I would keep Coast if I needed work orders, assets and PMs, and I already had DMs in the same app. That CMMS is a fair reason to stay.
