Falcony vs MonitorQA (2026): observations and involvement tools, or a field audit SOP

I ask the same twelve questions on every comparison. For Falcony I went back to Falcony help and product pages. For MonitorQA I went back to MonitorQA help and pricing. I read those public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

Falcony sells observations and scored audits inside an involvement platform. MonitorQA sells operational audit and inspection software. They overlap on scored lists, photo proof and follow-up. They split on involvement tools versus a field inspection SOP with a public per-user price. I built Pilla for a different job: AI acting inside the run.

Falcony holds observations and scored audits in one place. You prove the work with photos, signatures and attachments. You assign a finding, set a due date and close it with follow-up questions. I would keep Falcony if I needed observations, scored audits and involvement tools from one vendor. That suite is a fair reason to stay.

MonitorQA holds scored field inspections in one place. You prove the work with photos, signatures and timestamps. You fail a critical miss, assign a fix with a due date, and finish the audit offline. You can log issues without a full audit, and read the results as PDFs and dashboards.

I would keep MonitorQA if I needed scored inspections, photo proof and corrective actions from one vendor. That audit SOP is a fair reason to stay.

If the job is observations, scored audits and involvement tools, keep Falcony. If the job is scored field inspections, photo proof and corrective actions, keep MonitorQA.
