5 best Falcony alternatives (2026): AI that acts inside the work, or observations and audits in an involvement platform
I wrote this because I keep getting asked what to use instead of Falcony. I ran restaurants for years. I know the job: you want the floor to do the work without you chasing every check.
Falcony joined WeKomply in April 2025. You still log into Falcony at app.falcony.io. People report observations and run scored audits in the browser, attach photos and files, and assign follow-up. You can add whistleblowing, a tenant portal, chemicals and ESG if you buy those suites.
I built Pilla so you can turn a process you already know into a workflow on a canvas. Your team runs it on a phone, tablet or the web app. Pilla can fetch, decide and act while the work is happening. You keep the judgement calls.
If you want to try it on a process you already run, open the canvas.
I would pick Pilla when I want AI to act inside the work. I would keep Falcony when I want observations, scored audits and involvement tools together. I would look at SafetyCulture when I want inspections, issues, training and sensors from one vendor.
How did we compare them?
I ask the same twelve questions I use on every vs page. For this shortlist I stayed with frontline ops tools. I put Pilla first because that is the product I built. SafetyCulture is the other inspections-and-issues suite people name next to Falcony. Lumiform is the mobile inspection and audit SOP. GoAudits is the audit app with scored checklists and branded reports. MonitorQA is the field audit product with issue reporting beside the inspection. I left out office task apps, Zapier-style automation, and rota products. I read their public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.
I am Liam Jones. I founded Pilla after more than ten years running hospitality operations, food safety and frontline teams. On 16 September 2026 I sat with Falcony's What is Falcony, observation templates, audit question types, conducting an audit, assigning an observation, AI summaries, AI Answers, add-ons, integrations and the photo library, then with Mitti help and pricing, Lumiform response types and pricing, GoAudits Form Builder and pricing, and MonitorQA templates and pricing. I have not lived in a paid Falcony, SafetyCulture, Lumiform, GoAudits or MonitorQA account for this write-up. I am telling you what their docs say.
What should you take away?
- I would pick Pilla if I wanted the floor to follow the process without me chasing every check
- I would pick Pilla if I wanted the work checked as it comes in, and followed up when something needs me
- I would keep Falcony if I needed observations, scored audits and involvement tools from one vendor
- I would look at SafetyCulture if I needed inspections, issues, training and sensors from one vendor

I built Pilla for AI work management on the floor. Falcony sells observations and audits inside an involvement platform. The other names on this page are real substitutes for part of that job, not clones.
What is Falcony, and why look elsewhere?
Falcony holds observations and scored audits in one place. You prove the work with photos, signatures and attachments. You assign a finding, set a due date and close it with follow-up questions. You can add whistleblowing, a tenant portal, a chemical SDS register and ESG packs if you buy those suites. Falcony joined WeKomply in April 2025. In September 2026 you still log into Falcony at app.falcony.io. Marketing and help still say Falcony.
People look for a Falcony alternative when they want AI inside the run, a published price, DMs next to the work, or they do not want to buy whistleblowing, a tenant portal and ESG from the same vendor. Some stay because that involvement suite is the job.
I would keep Falcony if I needed observations, scored audits and involvement tools from one vendor. That suite is a fair reason to stay.
Price: No public software price. Sales quote.
Trial: 30-day free trial. Separate 30-day ESG trial.
Why people stay
- Observations, scored audits and follow-up in one involvement product
- Whistleblowing, tenant portal, chemicals and ESG if you buy those suites
- 30-day trial
- APIs, webhooks and named integrations
Why people look
- No public software price
- I could not find an AI step inside a template
- I could not find DMs or group chats
- I could not find a live MCP server
- Add-ons cost extra
What are the best Falcony alternatives?
1. Pilla
Operators who want AI to act inside the work
I built Pilla so you can turn a process you already know into a workflow on a canvas. Your team runs it on a phone, tablet or the web app. Pilla checks the work as it comes in and follows up when something needs you. You keep the judgement calls. I did not build whistleblowing, a tenant portal, a chemical SDS register or an ESG suite. If you need those, keep them on Falcony or another vendor. You can open it the same day. Starter is £49 a month with 500 processed workflows. Pro is £99 with 1,000, and adds AI automations inside Pilla. Every new account gets a 14-day trial of every Pro feature, with no card. People are unlimited.

2. SafetyCulture
Teams that want inspections, issues, training and sensors
I would look at SafetyCulture when I want inspections, issues, training and sensors from one vendor. They renamed to Mitti on 11 August 2026. You still search for SafetyCulture. You run inspection templates, collect evidence and scores, raise issues, and you can add training, assets and sensors. Checking is logic, scoring and AI around the work. I could not find DMs or group chats in their help. Free is capped at 10 users. Premium is $24 per seat per month on annual billing.
Pros
- Inspections, issues and actions in one place
- Training sits in the same product
- Sensors and hardware if you buy those modules

3. Lumiform
Teams that want a mobile inspection and audit programme
I would look at Lumiform when I want a mobile inspection and audit SOP. You build digital checklists, collect photo and signature proof, score the visit, and you get a branded report when the inspection is done. Failed checks can open a corrective action. Checking is logic, scoring and AI photo validation. I could not find DMs or group chats in their help. They quote you per user on Professional or Enterprise. I could not find a public rate card on the English pricing page.
Pros
- Scored checklists, corrective actions and branded reports
- If-then logic and a template library
- AI photo validation

4. GoAudits
Teams that want scheduled audits, scored inspections and branded reports
I would look at GoAudits when I want an audit and inspection SOP with a published price. You build digital checklists, collect photo and signature proof, and you get a branded PDF when the inspection is done. You can add scheduling, corrective actions, broadcasts and dashboards on the paid plans. Checking is scoring, mandatory photos and auto-fail. I could not find DMs or group chats in their help. Starter is $10 per user per month on annual billing.

5. MonitorQA
Teams that want scored inspections, photo proof and corrective actions
I would look at MonitorQA when I want scored inspections, photo proof and corrective actions. You build scored templates, collect photo and signature proof, and you close fixes with owners and due dates. You can log issues without a full audit. Checking is scoring, required photos and auto-fail. I could not find DMs or group chats in their help. Compliance is $19 per user per month on annual billing.
Pros
- Scored inspections, photo proof and corrective actions
- Issue reporting without a full audit
- Public Compliance and Full Suite prices
- 14-day trial, no card
Cons
- You pay per named user
- Compliance caps you at 50 locations
- I could not find DMs or group chats
- I could not find an MCP server
Price: Compliance $19/user/month annual. Full Suite $23 annual. 14-day trial, no card.
Which should you pick?
If I ran a programme that needed everyone reporting issues and running inspections, with whistleblowing, a tenant portal or ESG in the same vendor, I would keep Falcony. That suite is a fair reason to stay. If I wanted the work drawn on a canvas and AI acting inside the run, with DMs and MCP, I would use Pilla, and I would keep those involvement modules somewhere else. If the job is inspections plus training and sensors, I would look at SafetyCulture. If the job is a scored audit SOP with a published price, I would look at GoAudits.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Falcony alternative?
I would pick Pilla if I wanted the floor to follow a process, with the work checked as it comes in. I would keep Falcony if I needed observations, scored audits and involvement tools from one vendor. I would look at SafetyCulture for inspections, issues, training and sensors, Lumiform for a mobile inspection and audit SOP, GoAudits for scored audits with a published price, and MonitorQA for field audits plus issue reporting.
Is Falcony still Falcony after WeKomply?
Yes. Falcony joined WeKomply, a VIA equity group, on 16 April 2025. They say the brand and team stay. They later acquired Ilmoituskanava for whistleblowing. In September 2026 you still log in at app.falcony.io. Marketing and help still say Falcony.
How much do these Falcony alternatives cost?
Falcony quotes you. I could not find a public software price. Pilla is Starter at £49 a month with 500 processed workflows, and Pro at £99 with 1,000. People are unlimited. SafetyCulture publishes Free and Premium per seat. Lumiform quotes you per user. GoAudits publishes Starter and Enterprise per user. MonitorQA publishes Compliance and Full Suite per named user.
Does switching from Falcony replace whistleblowing, the tenant portal and ESG?
No. I did not build Pilla as a whistleblowing channel, a tenant portal, a chemical SDS register or an ESG reporting suite. If you need those Falcony modules, keep them on Falcony or another product. SafetyCulture sells sensors and training as modules. Lumiform, GoAudits and MonitorQA sell inspection programmes.
How did you pick this shortlist?
I stayed with frontline ops tools and used the same twelve questions I use on every vs page. I read public docs on 16 September 2026. I left out office task apps, Zapier-style automation, and rota products. The deep tables live on the vs pages linked from each name.
