I built Pilla so you can turn a process you already know into a workflow on a canvas. Your team runs it on a phone, tablet or the web app. Pilla checks the work as it comes in and follows up when something needs you. You keep the judgement calls. I did not build a policy library, guest SOP links, quizzes or a training LMS. If you need those, keep them on Process Street, Tallyfy, Trainual, Whale or another vendor. You can open it the same day. Starter is £49 a month with 500 processed workflows. Pro is £99 with 1,000, and adds AI automations inside Pilla. Every new account gets a 14-day trial of every Pro feature, with no card. People are unlimited.

I would pick Process Street when the job is SOP workflows, policy docs and audit-ready runs from one product. Docs holds policies. Ops runs them as assigned workflows. Cora watches the runs. You collect form fields and files, force order with stop tasks, and get a human approval. AI Tasks generate or classify text during a run. They do not browse the web. Signatures go through DocuSign. They quote you.

I would pick Tallyfy when the job is SOP templates, guest clients and approvals in one process tool. You build a template, launch it, and assign each step to a person, a guest or a connected AI. Clients complete their bit from a link. Approvals and an activity log sit in the process. Their device article says it is a responsive web app, with no separate app in the stores. Full is $300 a year or $30 a month. Light is $100 a year or $10 a month.

I would pick Trainual when the job is SOP training, quizzes and a knowledge assistant from one vendor. You write processes as subjects, topics and steps, assign role-based paths, sit tests and collect e-signatures. An AI assistant answers from the library. You can add meetings, goals and scorecards in Operations. Trainual's own comparison says it is not a workflow-execution engine. They quote you. Implementation is listed as a $1,000 one-time fee.

I would pick Whale when the job is AI SOP capture, training and a knowledge base. This is usewhale.io, not Triple Whale. You capture a process with Step Recorder, a screen recording or Alice. You assign reads, training flows and quizzes. Checklists tick steps and can take a photo. Alice answers from the knowledge base. Scale is $249 a month billed yearly. Advance is $499 a month billed yearly. pricing.md says members are unlimited on paid plans. The live pricing FAQ says members are limited. I treated that as unclear.
