If I needed franchise SOPs, training, audits and location launches from one vendor, I would keep Delightree. That suite is a fair reason to stay. If I wanted the work drawn on a canvas and AI acting inside the run, with DMs and MCP, I would use Pilla, and I would keep location launches and the franchise LMS somewhere else. If the job is franchise ops plus LMS and food safety, I would look at Operandio. If the job is retail store tasks plus comms and learning, I would look at YOOBIC.

No. I did not build Pilla for shift scheduling, payroll or HR. If you need Location Launcher, the built-in LMS or franchisor publishing, keep those on Delightree or another product.
Does Delightree have DMs and group chats?
Chat help documents direct messages, groups and channels, plus files and photos. Announcements are a separate surface with acknowledgement tracking. A feature flag can turn chat off. HQ roles cannot start a chat with Staff. I could not find chat sitting on a live workflow run.
