Process Street vs Tallyfy (2026): SOP workflows with policy docs, or SOP templates with guests and approvals

I ask the same twelve questions on every comparison. For Process Street I went back to their help and the live pricing page. For Tallyfy I went back to their product docs and the live pricing page. I read those public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

Process Street sells SOP workflows inside a compliance operations platform. Tallyfy sells SOP templates that run, with guests and approvals. They overlap on reusable processes, form fields, approvals, comments and MCP. They split on policy docs and audit-ready runs versus guest clients and a public per-seat price. I built Pilla for a different job: AI acting inside the run.

Process Street holds policies and SOPs in Docs and runs them as assigned workflows in Ops. You prove the work with form fields, files, timestamps and human approvals. Cora flags skipped steps and overdue tasks. You keep version history and exportable run records. Signatures go through DocuSign if you connect it.

I would keep Process Street if I needed SOP workflows, policy docs and audit-ready runs from one vendor. That SOP and policy suite is a fair reason to stay.

Tallyfy holds the SOP in one template and launches it the same way every time. You collect form data, route approvals, and let clients or vendors do their steps from a link. A connected model can take a boring step, then a person can sign it off. Knowledge-only mode lets people read a procedure without launching a run.

I would keep Tallyfy if I needed SOP templates, guest clients and approvals from one vendor. That process product is a fair reason to stay.

If the job is SOP workflows plus policy docs and audit-ready runs, keep Process Street. If the job is SOP templates plus guest clients and approvals, keep Tallyfy. I built Pilla for a different job.
