Dozuki vs Azumuta (2026): SOP control and plant training, or work instructions plus quality and MES

I ask the same twelve questions on every comparison. For Dozuki I went back to product pages, Data Capture help and Managing Users. For Azumuta I went back to work-instruction help, product checks, rules, tickets and pricing. I read those public docs on 16 September 2026. Where they stay quiet, I stay quiet.

I have not lived in a paid Dozuki or Azumuta account for this write-up. I am telling you what their docs say.

Dozuki sells a connected worker platform for industrial SOPs and training. Azumuta sells connected-worker and MES software for shop floors. They overlap on digital work instructions, photos and sign-off. They split on plant training and document control versus quality, skills and MES. I built Pilla for a different job: AI acting inside the run.

Dozuki holds version-controlled work instructions, digital forms and plant training in one place. You prove the work with photos, video, measurements and sign-off, including regulated e-records where you need them. Operators open the current procedure by QR or in the app, including offline. CreatorPro turns expert video into a guide. They quote you, and they say a full launch takes about 120 days.

I would keep Dozuki if I needed version-controlled work instructions, plant training and shop-floor work orders. That SOP and training stack is a fair reason to stay.

Azumuta holds versioned work instructions, in-line quality and product-order traceability in one place. You prove the build with photos, signatures, torque, barcodes and timestamps. You stop an out-of-spec step. You log a non-conformance. You train and gate operators with a skill matrix. You call Andon and run CAPA.

I would keep Azumuta if I needed digital work instructions plus quality, skills and MES from one vendor. That suite is a fair reason to stay.

If the job is version-controlled work instructions, plant training and shop-floor work orders, keep Dozuki. If the job is digital work instructions plus quality, skills and MES, keep Azumuta.
