FastField is Quickbase's mobile forms product. You still search for FastField. Their homepage now lives under Quickbase. You build a form, collect photo, video, audio and signature proof, and you send reports, tasks and data back to the office.

How did we compare them?
I ask the same twelve questions I use on every vs page. For this shortlist I stayed with mobile forms tools. I put Pilla first because that is the product I built. I would look at GoCanvas when I want mobile forms, dispatch and branded PDFs from one vendor. You turn paper work orders, inspections, checklists and daily reports into mobile forms. The crew fills them on a phone, tablet, Windows desktop or the web client, including offline on mobile. Dispatch sends the next job. Max adds Follow-Up Tasks on failed checks. AI auto-builds a form from a PDF. Collaboration is dispatch, workflow handoffs and notifications. I could not find DMs or group chats. I could not find an MCP server. Field service teams that need mobile forms tied to back-office systems
I would look at ProntoForms when I want field-service mobile forms with dispatch into Salesforce or ServiceNow. They announced a rename to TrueContext in July 2023 and made the change in Q4 2023. You still search for ProntoForms. You build mobile forms, dispatch them to technicians, collect photo, sketch, signature and GPS proof, and you can write back to Salesforce, ServiceNow or ServiceMax if you buy those connectors. Teamwork hands an incomplete form to the next person. Approvers leave short notes. Email and SMS fire on submit. I could not find DMs or group chats. I could not find a Video question type. Digital starts at $400 a month for the team, billed annually. Intelligent and Elite are a quote. Trial is request-based, no card. I could not find a length in days.

I would look at Clappia when I want to build custom field apps without code, with GPS tracking and a white-label option. You drag fields onto a form, add formulas and conditional sections, then attach workflow nodes for email, approvals, WhatsApp, REST calls and AI. Staff open those apps in a browser or in the Clappia iOS and Android launcher, including offline. Reviewers add comments when they change a submission status. Workflows post to Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and email. I could not find DMs or group chats. They host MCP at mcp.clappia.com for Claude Desktop. Starter is $6 a user a month on yearly billing. There is a Free plan. Paid-feature trials go through support.

If I ran field work that needed offline mobile forms, a dispatch inbox and custom PDFs from one vendor, I would keep FastField. That forms product is a fair reason to stay. If I wanted the work drawn on a canvas and AI acting inside the run, with DMs and MCP, I would use Pilla, and I would keep the forms and dispatch product somewhere else. If the job is field forms plus dispatch and branded PDFs, I would look at GoCanvas. If the job is field-service write-back to Salesforce or ServiceNow, I would look at ProntoForms.
