You still log into SiteDocs. You build digital safety forms, collect GPS-stamped signatures and photos, track certifications, and you can add Analytics and Workflow Studio if you buy those add-ons. A form can pass or fail an item, require an answer, and wait for a supervisor to sign it off. I could not find an AI step inside a form. I could not find a public software price. Terms mention a granted free trial, and I could not find a price next to it.

You run inspection templates, collect evidence and scores, raise issues, and you can add training, assets and sensors. They check with logic and a score, and their AI sits beside the inspection. I could not find DMs or group chats in their help. Free is capped at 10 users. Premium is $24 per seat per month on annual billing.
