Pilla is a workflow automation app. Design any workflow on Pilla's visual canvas: checks, training, risk assessments, and the daily routines that run your operation. Your team runs it from their phones. Poppi (AI) keeps it on track.

Unlike desktop automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) that only connect apps together, Pilla extends the automation to the people on the ground. The staff with phones are part of the automation, not just users of an app. And unlike team management apps (Connecteam, Jolt, Deputy), Pilla gives you a full workflow builder, so you can shape any routine to the way your business actually runs.

Design the workflow once on the canvas. Your team carries it out from their mobile. Poppi briefs them at the start of work, checks work as it comes in, chases anything outstanding, and branches the flow based on conditions you set. MCP integrations wire the canvas into the rest of your stack (Slack, Google Calendar, Shopify, and more).

Staff complete the workflow from the Pilla mobile app. Clock-ins, checklists, numbers, choices, ratings, photos, videos, signatures, and files flow back into the canvas in real time. Every action is captured for the audit trail.

## Pricing

One price scale, every feature included. There are no plans or tiers: every account gets the full product (canvas workflow builder, mobile app for staff, all input and guidance step types, workflow analytics, detailed logs, gated step connectors, and Poppi AI decision connectors). Pricing is per workflow step run, not per seat, and works like a progressive tariff:

- First 500 steps each month: free, on every account
- 501 to 5,000 steps: 2.9p per step
- 5,001 to 10,000 steps: 2.5p per step
- 10,001 to 25,000 steps: 2.1p per step
- 25,001 to 50,000 steps: 1.8p per step
- 50,001 to 100,000 steps: 1.5p per step
- 100,001 to 250,000 steps: 1.2p per step
- Above 250,000 steps a month: custom pricing

Each band's rate only applies to the steps inside it, so every step gets cheaper as you grow. Signing up is free and needs no card; the first 500 steps each month are free and you pay monthly for what your team runs beyond them (a card is added later, in the app, only once your usage is set to pass the free tier). Larger operations can contact us to arrange custom pricing, with enterprise capabilities like single sign-on, audit logs, dedicated compute, and annual contracts. Prices in GBP; invoices converted to your local currency.
